Do you love to entertain in your backyard? Throughout the summer do you spend more time cooking on your grill then in the house? Over the last few years more and more outdoor appliances have shown up that are gas powered. From grilling equipment to patio heaters and even gas fireplaces propane powered outdoor appliances offer your backyard year round appeal. Grilling equipment has gotten larger and much more powerful as well. This means that the amount of propane you consume will go up if you spend a lot of time on your porch. Why not connect your grilling equipment and other outdoor appliances directly to a main propane source?

There are some major benefits of connecting your grilling equipment:

  • No more tanks to refill.
  • No more worry about running out of propane in the middle of a big cookout.
  • No more carrying those heavy tanks.

Running a gas line to your backyard porch or patio is not something you should attempt to do yourself. Our propane technicians are able to safely install a grill box.

A grill box is the size of a regular electrical outlet box and works pretty much the same way. It has a drop down cover for the gas line to protect from insects. It also has an on/off switch so you can turn off the flow of gas at a central location rather than at the grilling equipment.

The grill box is a convenient unit and adds safety to your outdoor gas appliances. If you want to get away from those trips to find propane tanks, think about installing a grill box for existing or new outdoor appliances. You’ll be making outdoor cooking and relaxing much easier!
